Feb. 25 (the second time), well I obviously made a mistake since pancakes were last night and tofu was tonight, but my lappie is saying it is Feb. 25. *shrug* Okay.

March 4, Made a strange cake thing tonight.

March 9, Made tofu cutlets today, first time. Had them with onions cooked in apple juice and mustard thickened with cornstarch. Tasted quite nice.
March 11, Hmmmm. Watched my nephew curl at COSSA today and wrote a poem this morning.
March 12, Worked on a story for the Wire. Sounding good so far.
March 13, I took the water out of the cold room. Don't know how creative that was.
